Warm Fuzzy is allowing me to write...

Shane of Warm Fuzzy Publicity is allowing me to cover the new A Skylit Drive CD. I'm so excited he's giving me this chance. THANK YOU! The new album comes out in two days, June 9th. I have been enjoying this album although there are numerous of people putting it down. I love how when people trash an album after listening to it the first time. When half these people who are bashing the album can't even sing/scream/play an instrument. Seriously what's it going to take, maybe put the band in front of them and have them talk shit to their faces? I doubt they have the balls to do this. Just because you don't like something that has been put out by an artist doesn't mean it's the same for everyone else. Bands don't just sit on their asses and create some of the best shit we've heard since Guns N Roses were huge.

The bands work their hardest; writting, tracking, recording, mixing, and mastering an album. They put all their time into it for their fans to love, appreciate, and enjoy what they were doing while they were away from their homes, family, and friends. I started to write the review to this album and I did it in a different way this time. Instead of writting a boring normal review I am taking the time to write a comment about each track individually... Here is an excert from my upcoming review to be posted Monday.

("Heaven": Track three happens to be my favorite song and a huge focus track on the album. A Skylit Drive brings back their recent sound from their debut release, Wires... And the Concept Of Breathing. The way the song starts is just screaming for attention. "Get me out! Get me out! Heaven can't handle you quite like I do!"

Before I continue, I'm not saying that Adelphia is completely different… although the album may be a little on the soft side. To be honest, I wasn't too fond of the album at first. It actually took a few listens to get a feel for it, but once done, I was hooked. Some of the songs are a step down from Wires... And the Concept of Breathing, however some are a step higher. Now, moving on to song number four.)

That's just some of the loveliness I've been writting about the album. It will be posted around 6PM before I had to work on Monday for my wonderful 6:45PM to 7:15AM shift at the hospital.

This is why I am, Who I am

I go by the name Antonio Vazquez. For those who don't know who I am this is the time to find out. I was born December 1st, 1987 making me 21 years old. Yeah, that's right old enough to go out and drink partying all night. That's really not how it is. I have grown to be a responsible person. I work two jobs although my part time job isn't the best. I work at the Riggins Auto/Truck Plaza Gas Station as my part time job, I hate it there but it's money you know? As for my full time job, I work at my local Hospital, Regional Medical Center, or it's easier to just say RMC. I work as a PT transporter. For those who don't know what PT stands for it just simply means patient. I'm the guy that goes into the PTs room and tells them they have a test to go to and either it be a wheelchair or a stretcher I have to put them on one or the other.

But the real reason I created this blog is to tell you about my side Hobby/Job. I only call it a hobby because I don't really get paid for it. I only get to work with amazing bands and numerous of labels/publicists. I write reviews, interview bands, and post news for the site we like to call THEiNTERLUDE. Don't mind the lower case I, I just have a addiction to writting things like that.

What this blog is really about, is how I went from someone who made some bad choices when dealing with music and how I respect every band I get to work with. I love what I do and couldn't ask for more. So please enjoy what you read on here. I will discuss my ridiculous music collection and advance music from the time I get to listen to it to the point where I can't take anymore.

I will also get into detail how you can be involved in what I do, if you are really that interested in working with bands this is your time, at least I think so anyway.

Don't worry this will be fun.
